Patients

Welcome to homeopathy, and to my homeopathic practice.

The Process

Initial visit

-Case taking- gathering physical, mental and emotional symptoms

-Analysis- arriving at an initial choice for a remedy

-Possible recommendations for lifestyle changes

Follow-up visits

-Ascertaining response to the remedy

-Analyzing response and determination of further course of action in terms of remedy, potency and repetition of dose.

Homeopathy is not just about finding the right remedy- case management is crucial- taking a homeopathic remedy you bought form the health food store and taking it as directed may very well not solve your problem and may even make it worse.  Homeopathy requires a level of responsibility on your part to accurately report symptoms and changes that happen with homeopathic care and to make the necessary changes in lifestyle. Some people find it useful to keep a journal, or write on a calendar to help remember what has happened over the weeks between appointments. The more accurately you are able to describe symptoms to me, the better I can track the changes and respond appropriately.

I expect patients to extend the courtesy of being on time to appointments and giving me 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment and patients can expect me to do my best to extend patients the courtesy of being available promptly at the time of the appointment.

I look forward to working with you.
